I am here is the US and my house was left empty and getting worn out by nature and time. I was spending on the community fee and didn’t even stay there while I was in Nepal because it wasn’t maintained. I would like to thank SAMS property management for taking care of my property. They got it painted, fixed plumbing issues, carpentry issues and even got it rented out. am glad have them as my representative.
